About Us
psychosocialrecoverycoach.com.au is an independent service that connects NDIS participants with psychosocial disability, their families and support coordinators with registered NDIS providers of psychosocial recovery coaching. It's free to use. We're not a provider, a health or crisis service, or part of the NDIS.
Why We Started
Once recovery coaching is in a plan, finding a coach who suits you, works where you are or online, and has capacity can mean ringing provider after provider, at a time when that's hard to face. We do that part. You tell us once what you'd like help with, and we pass it to a registered provider of recovery coaching.
We also write plain-English guides to how recovery coaching works, from what a recovery coach is to NDIS eligibility and prices. Every guide is checked against the NDIA's own pages, guidelines and pricing schedule, and links to them. We don't give clinical advice.
Who We Are
psychosocialrecoverycoach.com.au is run by a small team with a background in digital services and in working with NDIS providers.
How We're Paid
Providers pay us for introductions. That's what keeps the service free for you. It doesn't change what's charged to your plan, which is capped by the NDIS price limits. More on how it works.
