What This Service Is
psychosocialrecoverycoach.com.au is an independent service that connects people looking for psychosocial recovery coaching with registered NDIS providers of recovery coaching. We're not a provider, we don't employ recovery coaches, we don't give clinical, medical or NDIS planning advice, we're not a crisis service, and we're not part of the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Information on This Website
Our guides are general information, checked against official sources at the date shown on each page. They aren't legal, financial or planning advice for your situation. Rules, prices and funding change, so check with your support coordinator, plan manager, the provider or the NDIS before making decisions.
Providers
Providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They're responsible for their recovery coaches, what they charge to your plan and their service agreements with you. You're free to choose whether to go ahead with any provider. We check providers against our standards, but we can't guarantee availability, suitability or the quality of the services they provide.
Providers pay us for introductions. You don't pay us anything.
Using the Website
- Give accurate information, and only submit someone else's details with their agreement.
- Don't misuse the website, including submitting spam or trying to interfere with how it works.
Emergencies
This service is for finding a recovery coach. It isn't a crisis or emergency service. If life is in danger, call 000. For 24/7 crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from the services of providers we connect you with.
